Easy Tartar Sauce

So Ryan was preping the fish and I was making the salad and preping the broccoli when the hubs asked, “How do you make Tartar Sauce?” Being the avid googler that I am, I quickly looked it up. “Do we need mayo?” he asked, “because we don’t have any.” “I think we can use yogurt,” I volunteered, before I’d found the answer. But I was right…

And our Tartar Sauce is so fabulous, I HAD to share the recipe! It’s modified from this recipe:


1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup relish (which, astonishingly, we had)

2 tbsp lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste
