There was a cute little short film a few months back called Ctrl Z. It was produced and directed by some acquaintances of mine and Ryan’s. Won an award or something at Sundance. It’s about a guy who, for a few glorious moments can reverse real events in his life with a few simple keystrokes on his magic keyboard at work. That is, until Tech Support fixes it. The end.
I’ve been arranging and rearranging the furniture in our new apartment. Activity points galore! They say arranging is rearranging. Or is that writing…? I think it’s both. You’re never done. Move this shelf unit here, swap that table there, banish this lamp to the bedroom, etc. Unfortunately for my muscles, I have no undo options. I can think it and wiggle my nose; but, sadly, the lamp does not move back from whence it came. There is no Ctrl+Z for furniture arranging.
